It depends on the services you need, and every quote is tailored. Contact us with your requirements.
At settlement. For a purchase, sale, transfer or subdivision our fee and any disbursements are deducted from the settlement funds, so there is nothing to pay while the matter is running. You receive an itemised statement before settlement day showing exactly what is being deducted and why. Our two fixed-price services - the same-day review and the pre-contract package - are invoiced after the work is delivered, because they usually happen before there is a settlement to deduct from. If a matter does not reach settlement, we invoice for the work done up to that point.
We adhere to a stringent cyber security policy and use the latest technology, including two-factor authentication on our portal, to protect your identity and your money.
