Title, zoning, easements, covenants, outgoings, notices, owners corporation, services and permits.

You get it in writing
A written review naming what is in the statement, what is missing, and what is worth asking about before you sign.

We invoice after
The review is $249 + GST, invoiced once it is sent. Nothing is payable to upload.
FAQ
Before you upload
Your review is with you by end of business the next business day. If you are bidding sooner than that, say so in the form and call the office.
Download it from the link and upload the file here. If the agent has not sent one, ask them for the Section 32 - the vendor must provide it before you sign.
No. The review is a standalone service. If you go on to buy the property we are happy to act for you, and the review fee is not charged twice.
Uploads go to private storage that is not reachable from the web, every file is virus scanned on arrival, and submissions are purged after 180 days.
