When we act for you

Using this website, sending us an enquiry or booking a consultation doesn't make us your conveyancer. We act for you once you've engaged us. Returning one of our questionnaires engages us on the terms set out in it, and the fee for your matter is the one we confirm with you.

If the terms of your engagement differ from these terms, the terms of your engagement apply to your matter.

Fees shown on the website

The fees on this website are current when they're published, and we may change them. We won't change a fee we've already agreed with you.

Using our forms

When you send us a form, you confirm that:

• the information you give us is true and complete
• if you give us information about someone else, such as a co-purchaser or a client you're referring to us, you have their permission to share it
• you're entitled to share the documents you upload.

Every uploaded file is scanned for viruses. A file that contains a virus, or that can't be scanned, is refused.

On our questionnaires, typing your name has the same effect as signing the paper form. We record the date, time and internet (IP) address each questionnaire was sent from.

Using the website properly

You must not:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights
• upload anything harmful, such as a virus or other malicious code
• try to get into parts of the website or our systems that aren't public, or interfere with how the website works
• use automated tools to copy or collect content from the website.

Our content

The content on this website, including its text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or to the people who license it to us. You can view, download and print it for your own personal use. You can't reproduce it for any other purpose without our written permission.

This website links to, and includes, services run by others, such as our booking calendar (Calendly), Google Maps and our Google reviews. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
