What costs to expect when selling
Professional Services Fee
This is a fee for all our consultations, preparation of documents, corresponding with your bank and all conveyancing requirements to settlement.
Owners Corporation Certificate
If you are selling an apartment or unit, there will usually be an active Owners Corporation manager.
By law, Vendor Statements need to disclose information regarding the Owners Corporation in the form of an official certificate.
We will apply to the Manager on your behalf to prepare this documents.
*Fee is set by the government and is currently $163 for a standard certificate.
Searches / Property Certificates
We will obtain a current Title Search and Plan for your property. This contains details of the land, current proprietor and any registered restrictions.
In order to present a comprehensive and complete Vendor Statement and improve the likelihood of your property selling, we can provide a full search pack which contains the below Certificates
Bank Fees
Bank charge a ‘discharge’ fee to release your property. Contact your financial institution to find out detail of these.
